From £25 to £35 per person per night including breakfast

Deposit Required

We will request a deposit to confirm the booking, this can be paid by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (no extra charge for deposit paid by card).

Balance Payable on Arrival

Balance to be paid on arrival, preferably in cash. We do accept credit cards but charge 3% to cover the high bank costs.

Check In

Standard check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Late arrival is not a problem but please let us know in advance if you intend arriving after 7pm to ensure we keep your room.

We request that you checkout by 10am to give us plenty of time to prepare the rooms for our next guests.

We try to be as flexible as possible, so if you would like to arrive or leave at other times please contact us.

Cancellation

Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the booking.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Any cancellations within 7 days of the expected arrival date will be charged unless we are able to re-let the room.
